Abby Tomb and Lauren Riddell
Abby suffers from Lupus, an autoimmune disease which attacks her kidneys and makes her weak and tired. Despite this she volunteers 3 days a month to help Kidney Research UK and has raised around £10,000.
Lauren, another brave young lady, suffers from Neurofibromatosis, which causes severe joint pain and swelling and has also recently recovered from Von Willebrands Disease. However, this doesn't stop her fundraising for Cancer Relief UK by holding garden fetes, candle parties and taking part in the 'Race for Life'.
